We are proud to welcome you to The Joshua Journal!  Our purpose is to preserve the genealogy and the history of the Southern California High Desert and its surrounding areas.  We are located in the Antelope Valley, which lies in the most southern part of the Mojave Desert.  You can expect to see articles on the history of local areas and the people, transcriptions from cemeteries, school yearbooks, newspapers, and various genealogy topics and tips.  We welcome suggestions and additions to our ongoing projects, contact us by U. S. Mail or email.
